The Ex mayor of Davao now President Rodrigo Duterte made an emotional personal pilgrimage to his parents after election day.

The beloved tough guy can e seen breaking down and sobbing as he asked his late mother and father to give him the strength to rule the nation of 100 million.

Mr Duterte, a self-described “mother’s boy”, told aides that he had long wanted to visit his mother during the campaign, but he was too busy. His father Vicente used to be the governor of Davao while his mother Nanay Soleng was a public schoolteacher.
