Wattah Wattah Festival in San Juan!

The annual water festival in San Juan called Wattah Wattah is celebrated every June 24. The idea is very simple and fun. People from San Juan just throw buckets of water at you. Other City officials have water cannons so everybody is assured of a good time. Before noon almost everyone even mayor Guia Gomez is wet.

Some basic rules to remember.

1. Water thrown needs to be clean.
2. No hot water
3. No very cold water
4. Lastly the festivities end at 12 noon
