Citimall Tarlac Mcarthur Now Open!

Opening of Citymall Tarlac MacArthur, Tarlac City. The mall was opened to the public, with the one of the top heads in the business industry of Double Dragon, Mr. Ferdinand J. Sia, lead the cutting of ribbon during the open mall ceremony for the public. Also with Mr. Sia was President & Director Tony Tan Caktiong Founder and Chair of the Jollibee Foods Corp., Henry Sy Jr. of SM Malls Corp. and Tarlac Mayor Cristy Angeles with the Vice Mayor Aro Mendoza and their councilors. Also included were celebrity guest. Sam Milby and Ivan Dorschner.
