Top 10 Drug Target List Nabbed By KAWIT PNP

KAWIT PNP– In line with the OPLAN LAMBAT SIBAT of Cavite PPO, the RANK NUMBER TWO (2) IN THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL MOST WANTED AND TOP 10  DRUG TARGET LIST was arrested at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening of June 16, 2015.



Elements of Kawit MPS led by PCINSP MARK JOSEPH S LAYGO, OIC, together with the Cavite SWAT team led by PSINSP ALEX C CASIO, along with Brgy. Officials and media representative from “Hataw”, implemented Search Warrant with number 15-1283, issued by Hon. Judge Divinagracia G Bustos-Ongkeko, RTC Judge, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 91, Sta. Cruz, Laguna dated June 9, 2015 for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 ( Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunitions) and Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Norberto J. Quisumbing Jr of Regional Trail Court, Branch 21, Imus City, Cavite with criminal case number 13298-14 and 13299-14 for Homicide and Frustrated Homicide against one Roberto S. Ronquillo, Sr aka Obet, 52 years of age, married and a resident of Nara Compound, Brgy.Batong Dalig, Kawit, Cavite.



The operation resulted in the seized from the residence of the suspect of the following items: two (2) standard magazine for calibre 45, five (5) live ammunitions of caliber .45, one (1) magazine for M16, one (1) transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, one (1) small opened transparent plastic sachet, two (2) sheets of aluminium foils, two (2) sheets of aluminium foils, one (1) improvised tooter all containing suspected shabu residue, and one (1) improvised burner.



Suspect together with the confiscated pieces of evidence was brought to Cavite Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis. Criminal Cases for Violation RA 8294 as amended by RA 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunitions) and Violation of Sections 11, and 12 Article 2 of  of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) is now being prepared for filing in the court of jurisdiction.
